Refund and Returns Policy

In-Store Purchases

At All Abt YOU we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on an in-store purchase we will exchange your item provided that: 

1. You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase
2. You produce your original All Abt YOU receipt when you return the item 
3. The item is in original saleable condition:

– With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached

– In an unworn and unused state

All Abt YOU will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. 

Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective. 

Faulty or defective items must meet the same conditions above to be eligible for exchange and this is at the discretion of All Abt YOU. 

Items tagged as part of our Seasonal or Special Collection are not eligible for exchange due to change of mind. They can only be exchanged for change of size, assuming the above criteria have been met. 

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for any reason due to hygiene reasons: 

1. Hair accessories and Headwear

2. Soap

Item(s) purchased at the All Abt YOU store may only be exchanged at the All Abt YOU store. 

Pending the above conditions are met and our Sales Associate confirms the above to be true, you can exchange the item for another item in the store. No cash refunds or store credit will be given. 

The customer must exchange the item for a new item at the time of the in-store return. No store credit for future use will be given. If the new purchase is lower in price than the original purchase the balance money will not be refunded and you will forego the difference. 

Any items returned as part of a promotion will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by All Abt YOU, not the original full price.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, All Abt YOU reserves the right to refuse an exchange. 

Online Purchases

At All Abt YOU we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. For online orders you can exchange item(s) for a different size (if the stock is still available). Exchanges for different colours or styles are not accepted for online purchases. We can exchange online orders for a different size provided that:

1. You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase
2. You produce your original All Abt YOU receipt / invoice with the return
3. The item is in original saleable condition:

– With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached

– In an unworn and unused state

All Abt YOU will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

The process for initiating an online order size exchange is as follows:

1. Contact All Abt YOU via email ([email protected]), social media, or phone (0112888044) to request the size exchange and confirm the above statements for exchange are true. 

2. All Abt YOU will confirm the size requested is available and schedule the courier to pickup the product to be exchanged. 

3. You package the product and include the original receipt / invoice with the product to be returned through the courier. 

4. All Abt YOU will review the product to make sure it meets the above conditions and send your new size item back to you via the courier.

Exchanges will take a period of 14 days to accommodate for the courier pickup and delivery time and our inspection period. 

The customer is responsible for the pickup and return delivery courier charges for the exchange item. All Abt YOU will inform you of these charges.  Item(s) initiated for a return are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the All Abt You store for inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item(s) are safely packed and properly sealed to ensure they are not damaged or tampered with on the reroute to All Abt  You.
